Teloptima is a Rwanda based telecommunications & electronics engineering and consultancy company that was established in 2011 with the aim of offering the best quality telecommunications & electronics engineering and consultancy services in the East African region.

OUR SERVICES
Tower Erection
Teloptima has its own team of certified and experienced riggers and engineers for erection and execution of telecommunication towers. Our tower construction expertise allows us to handle project scopes of all sizes whether it’s constructing new towers, reinforcing or modifying existing ones, installing lines and antennas, or performing maintenance on existing structures.
Power Systems
Our Certified electricians, trained on telecommunications power supply equipment such as Rectifiers, Batteries, Standby Generators, Interruptible Power Supplies and all associated reticulation, ensure that power systems on site are adapted to local conditions providing stable supplies to critical equipment. Where possible and practicable, renewable systems are utilised.
Civil Works
Teloptima has a verifiable track record of high quality site builds. Rigid quality control procedures ensure that all equipment provided to site is handed over to the client fully functioning with warranty compliant documentation. Our civil works include foundations for main Towers, Shelters, Civil Works including all types of Fencing, Earthing, Access Roads among others.
Support & Maintenance
Teloptima subscribes to the maxim Design for Support and realises that Logistic Support Resources (Maintenance, Spare Parts, Training,) are the operators’ largest expense for their networks. That is why we provide support and maintenance for Towers, Generators, Equipment Rooms, Radio & Micro Wave Equipment, Alarm Systems and Electrical /Power Systems
Telecom Installations
Our qualified technical staff carry out Network design, Installation, Commissioning, Integration, Optimisation and maintenance of all major suppliers’ Base Stations, Base Station Controllers and Transcoders. We perform BTS Radio & Micro Wave Equipment Installations on Sites including Commissioning and Integration of the Sites onto the Network and BTS switch from 2G to 3G and 4G Systems.
Fiber Optic Networks
We provide full installation, commissioning and maintenance services for fiber optic projects. Trenching, boring, and cable laying are conducted according to internationally accepted standards where restitution and public safety are concerned. Cables are professionally blown, spliced, commissioned and terminated according to industry accepted practices.
